The Red Team Ops course is concise, yet detailed. The Red Team Ops exam is straight forward, yet challenging. For folks with a good foundation in pentesting or other offensive security role, this is a good next step to help pivot into a red team role. A genuine a no bull exam and a no fluff course! Zero-Point Security will teach you in the ins and outs of how to operate in a red team using Cobalt Strike. Additionally, the concepts they teach can extend to any C2 or threat emulation platform. Their is so little non-sense in this course and exam that I don’t even have that much to add. This is going to be a short post.
Unlike other popular hacking-related courses like the OSCP, the exam isn’t shrouded in mystery(at least it was in 2021)… things are pretty straight forward. You don’t have to speculate on strategies or draw a hex to summon demons from the dark web to pass the exam. Everything you need to pass is simply in the course materials. Booking the exam is very simple too, since there is no proctoring, can book it within a days notice if you wanted to.
